Every order ships in discreet, unbranded packaging — always. The Netherlands: 1–3 business days. Europe: 3–7 business days. Free shipping on orders over €75. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns
Not in love? You can return items within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, lingerie can only be returned if it's unworn and undamaged, with all tags and hygiene stickers still attached, in the original packaging. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
