Grab a soft measuring tape — your bra size is simply your band plus your cup.
Band
Measure snugly around your ribcage, just under your bust. Round to the nearest even number: 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95.
Cup
Measure around the fullest part of your bust. The difference between that measurement and your band gives your cup size:

| 14–16 cm | C |
| 16–18 cm | D |
| 18–20 cm | E |
